you add a bleeder, that add current consumption, that add ripple, then you increase the capacitance to get the ripple down, then you must reduce the resistance of your bleeder, then ....
USE A RELAY a spdt can switch off the power to the unit and switch in a bleeder and, since the unit is switched off you can use a much higher resistance of the bleeder since the timeout is not critical Erik |
