Good luck, you will need it. My first thought was "forget it". You will be up aginst MAJOR obstacles. Just for educational purposes, try making a cellphone call inside an industrial building. That will be "wireless technology" at its best (within what's legal) There is one way: put a cell repeater on the roof of the building I have worked in a place where one such was installed, that works.
