is that the emulator, which, IMHO, was quite useful otherwise, was limited to 1kbyte of code. If someone has access to a full emulator that otherwise works as the limited emulator works, that would be sufficiently useful to me to make it worth a try.

using the listing file is probably a decent substitute for the disassembled code file. I think it was chosen because it has to be generated anyway for the emulator to work.
