When you Select the tab "Device" under Target Options, ONLY SiLabs chips are available to choose !!

Anyway after I happened to see this thread, I got the UVision4 installed and also registered. I then opened a old project which was coded for P89V51RD2, it opened with a warning "Device Not Found" and of course Debugging was also disabled.

I guess if someone wanted to use the UVision4 IDE for non Silabs MCUs, he can use the IDE to build the HEX file and download to Flash by some other means. Still not bad since you get a latest Keil IDE and tool set free ;-)
