#187751 - regarding autocutter Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Mr. Per Westermark,
I just gone through your explanation. I moved that cutter 100 steps forward and backward and it is always end up at the same position. And yes it has a sensor which indicates whether cutter is in home position or not. If it is in home position then that sensor gives logic high to the microcontroller pin and if it is not at home position then it gives logic low to the microcontroller pin. According to autocutter pdf that sensor should give the logic low(i.e. cutter is not in home position) after 50 steps, but in my case sensor gives logic low (i.e. cutter is not in home position) after 145 steps i.e. 50+95=145 steps. Similarly according to autocutter pdf motor should take 630 steps to make a full cut and 544 steps to make partial cut, but again i required to give 95 steps more in both the cases i.e. for full cut 630+95=725 and for partial cut 544+95=639. If you give me your email id then i can send you that autocutter pdf. Thanks. |
