#187638 - Missed steps? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Is it driven by a stepper motor?
If you step it too fast - especially directly when you start it - a stepper motor can fail to produce enough torque to actually accelerate the hardware to the required speed. This results in some of the steps being lost. |
