1. Your µC needs a proper power on reset (POR) generator providing a reliable brown out detection (BOD):
http://www.8052.com/faqs/119931 2. The active state level of your gate control must not be same as the reset state level of your µC. Example: The 8052 µC usually emits high level during reset. So, your gate control must use low level active state. Kai Klaas |
