#186921 - Interesting wish list
Responding to: ???'s previous message
So just for fun, I popped over to ebay, and searched for [multimeter capacitance], and then sorted by Highest price first.

First one with a picture showing 5 full digits, is ~$100 UNI-T UT60H
It also does 4-20mA, you left off your list by accident ;)

DC Voltage 4V/40V/400V/1000V (0.1%+5)
AC Voltage 4V/40V/400V/750V (1%+4)
DC Current 400µA/4000µA/40mA/400mA/10A (0.5%+10)
AC Current 400µA/4000µA/40mA/400mA/10A (1.2%+4)
Resistance 400O/4kO/40kO/400kO/4MO/40MO (0.5%+10)
Capacitance 4nF/400nF/4µF/40µF/400µF/4mF/40mF (1.5%+20)
Frequency 4kHz/40kHz/400kHz/4MHz/40MHz/400MHz (0.01%+3)
Fused 10A Range Y

Yes, it says 400MHz - do we believe that ?

LSB is not so easy to nail down, but if we assume this
[39999 (on functions of DC Voltage, DC Current, Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, EF Function and 4-20mA Loop)]

Suggests 0.1pF LSB on that 4nF range, and 10 miliohms LSB on that 400ohm range, and .01uA on that 400uA range.

Frequency LSB is a disappointing 0.1Hz; Properly done, frequency should simply give 4 1/2 digits. ie 49.99Hz for example.
Perhaps that is a chinglish/typo issue ?

So I dig some more, http://www.uni-trend.com/UT60h.html

the manual actually says
["40Hz, 400Hz, 4kHz, 40kHz, 400kHz, 4MHz, 40MHz and 400MHz."]
so that is a typo. 39.999Hz will display.

Only thing missing is a PC link ?

Edit: Turns out you can have that too, with a choice of precision/price.

http://www.uni-trend.com/newproduct.html

and down to 0.025% DCV, .08% DCI, and 0.3% R

So, what's missing from your wish-list ?
