A Fluke 179 will do the voltage range, the frequency measurement and the higher end of the current measurement (it goes down to 10 uA), as well as capacitance measurement.
You won't see 2 milliohm resistance measurements in a two-wire meter, and I haven't see a four-wire handheld meter. If you want BJT test with a standard socket (whatever that means), I haven't seen anything other than diode test modes on a handheld meter. Then again, I haven't seen a transistor with leads in ages, either. -a |
