It's a first-generation Atmel FLASH '51, it means it was conceived in times when there was nothing else than the "biblical"-compatible 12-clockers in Atmel's portfolio, that's why they did not need to mention it in the datasheet. The datasheet mentions the one-ALE-per-6-clocks, though, which gives away that it indeed is a genuine 12-clocker.
As said above, the "covering" document - here split into "hardware manual" and "instruction set" - which are just a very lightly improved version of the "bible" - says the timing details. http://www.atmel.com/dyn/produ...ily_id=770 (can't give direct link on the idiotic "new" Atmel web, on the above select "Other Documents") JW |
