Why so weak question?
You say "A signal" - what exactly does that mean? Next thing is that you don't mention hardware, but I have to guess that you mean a "PC", as in a "IMB PC XT/AT compatible computer". Next thing is that you don't mention operating system. The bad thing for you, is that the parallell port are nowadays very hard to access because the low-level interface aren't available through any drivers by the operating system. Windows have "printer" support - support to send text and images to a printer. But have almost totally removed any support for accessing any raw printer port. Other operating systems can still allow the port to be directly accessible, but that is probably not relevant to you. |
