hi i am trying to do fat32 implementation on lpc2478. i need to check for data integrity wjen reading a file. where will be the location of crc in flash memory?i did fat integrity check by comparing fat1 and fat2.kindly help me on this
http://www.8052.com/forum/read/182605 Nothing there about USB Flash drives! In harddisks, CRC will be located at the end of a sector. So we can check it after reading the file. Surely, that's part of the low-level internals of the file system - so you can't just read it? and lpc2478 is definitely not 8051!I posted in some forums and tried to find on my own but in vain so tried here!!! The "Chat" section is for general, non-8051 discussions. You should always take care to ensure that your post is "on-topic" before posting to a new forum - maybe that's why you didn't get help before? You should also include links between all your posts on different forums. |
