#181665 - a small correction Responding to: ???'s previous message |
1. The so-called "bible" for the 8051: http://www.8052.com/faqs/120112
This covers the basics - common to all chips built on the 8051/2 architecture some of the stuff in "the bible" differ for some modern derivatives. However, even when it differs, the root will be what is in "the bible". So, be VERY familiar with "the bible" and know where (if any) differences are for your particular chip. One thing that should never differ is the instruction set (I have heard of one case, but consider that an error) Erik |
