Hello,
The first page of the following file http://www.silabs.com/Support%20Documents/TechnicalDocs/C8051F120_Short.pdf says the internal oscillator for C8051F120 runs at 24.5 MHz. The following confusion exists : 1. Should 24.5MHz be taken as the default value for calculating machine cycle time ? (The range is defined as 0-50MHz) 2. Is this the general thumb rule : 12 periods make one machine cycle ?, according to which one machine cycle is calculated near 489 nanoseconds. Thanking You Karan Verma |
