i can read english well ... microcontroller ATMEGA128

But not well enough to spot that an ATMEGA... is not an 8051 (or 8052)!

i found all the value of resistor on datasheet
but i can't find the value of R1/R2/Rshunt

Really??

Just looking at the schematic, those are the components by which the chip reads the current and voltage - so they are absolutely fundamental to the operation of the device!
Are you really saying that they are not documented in the datasheet??!

can anyone guide me how to caclulate the value of R1/R2/Rshunt?

Well, they set the inputs to the chip's VIN+, VIN-, IIN+, nad IIN- pins - don't they?
So the datasheet specifications for those input requirements should enable you to calculate the values?
