Indeed.

Which takes us back to Michael's earlier question: Given that you don't have the necessary documentation, and that the necessary documentation is hard (impossible?) to obtain, and support is hard (impossible?) to obtain, and you don't already have the necessary experience with this particular obscure part - then why are you using it?!

Would it not, as suggested earlier, be more sensible to abandon this mystery part and, instead, use something mainstream, well-documented, and properly supported??
