#178707 - In Engineering, precise specification is key

your (sic) right, but i just want to start to get a board

But, in your original post, you just said, "an 8051"

In Engineering (and elsewhere), giving clear, complete, precise specifications is key to the success of any project.

Anyhow, if you're after a board, I would certainly second the recommendation of an SiLabs Kit; eg:

SiLabs C8051F120DK Development Kit
http://www.silabs.com/products/...120DK.aspx

It's low-cost ($99), and gives you everything you need to get started on a modern 8051-derivative with on-chip debug.

If you want even lower cost ($25), you could try their ToolStick: http://www.silabs.com/products/...Stick.aspx

thats why I came on here to ask for some advice.

Well, you've certainly got plenty of stuff to study now!
What's been given so far is generic to the 8051 architecture; when you pick a particular chip, you will need to check the manufacturer's documentation for details specific to the part...

eg, at the foot of this page you will see that SiLabs have a whole bunch of "Design Resources" and "MCU Applications" related to their chips:
