#176020 - Radiated noise 2kw full bridge |
Hi ,
I am working on 2kw full bridge for ultrasonic transducer using Igbt with inbuilt ultrafast diodes. Right now I am taking trials at just @1.5kw ,but the radiated noise is so severe that controll ckt is malfuctioning. Can any body suggest me methods to reduce full bridge radiated switching noise.. I really wondering how comman Online inverters of 100kw work with controll ckts nearby them.. Regards |
