I told you that when you don't want position but just press/no press it is similar to a proximity sensor. Did you look into proximity sensors or metal detectors? Or did you expect me to post full schematics?

You can either measure time/frequency using timer or interrupt pin, or convert frequency to voltage and measure or drive a comparator. There are an almost infinite number of ways to do this.
