Responding to: ???'s previous message
start programming micro controllers

here are the links to "the bible"
Chapter 1 - 80C51 Family Architecture:

Chapter 2 - 80C51 Family Programmer’s Guide and Instruction Set:

Chapter 3 - 80C51 Family Hardware Description:

a recommendation:
many have become Aspirin addicts with the 'spi programmers' you will be way better off with a UART programmable chip e.g. NXP p89v51RD2 ot NXP LPC935 or a similar offering.
an even stronger recommendation:
forget the RC reset USE A SUPERVISOR CHIP
