#173208 - The LCD works but... Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Well, thanks for the inputs, Andy.
I didn't miss the "Insert text here" bit; just that I was unable to copy the code fragment there through my browser for some reason. Having reviewed the hardware, the program works fine after the reset switch is pressed about two or three times. The power off/on routine does not get the LCD going. The LED blinks though. Thereafter if you press the reset button a couple times then the LCD starts displaying the message. If you further press reset then occasionally the LCD displays some garbage message. However I'll try to get the code uploaded in the proper manner next time. Thanks |
