Have a look at http://www.standardics.nxp.com/products/...pc900/new/ , or the complete lpc9xx list at http://www.standardics.nxp.com/products/...pc900/all/ . Generally, if you want avoid the flashy sh*t and get some real information, don't use www.nxp.com, but go directly to www.standardics.nxp.com . Also, avoid the "product selector", that's more flashy AJAXy sh*t which is very hard to use; rather, go to the "glossy marketing paperstuff" a.k.a. "Literature" and get the current "Microcontroller selection guide" - that's much more informative, just scroll down through the ARMs to the '51 section. Jan PS.
