#170408 - P89C51RD fail to enter ISP mode |
Hello,
It's my first message in this forum. Some years ago, we developed a product integrating P89C51RD2. This product is in production for a long time without any problem, but for some time our customers send back to us cards which present trouble in the course of use to them. After analysis, I noticed that the signal TXD follows RXD as if P89C51RD2 was enter in test mode or in echo mode ; our application does not arrange this mode of functioning. How is it possible to go into this mode? The customer has no possibility to reprogram our product in ISP mode ; no on-site programming. Other signals seem OK: PSEN, RESET, P2.6, P2.7, VCC Best regards, Pascal |
