EEPROMs don't come in this density.
You might want to have a look at serially interfaced FLASH memories - Atmel markets them under the DataFlash name, and there are other manufactures making them, for example AMIC. You might also consider using SD cards as a storage medium. And, of course, you can consider also "standard" parallel FLASH memories. JW |
