Why do you believe you can reliably extract code from a part, the ADC of which is damaged? What do you suppose would damage the ADC? Why do you believe such an event would damage only the ADC without further side-effects?
Why not attempt to extract the code from a fully healthy and working part? 80C52AUP doesn't produce any hits on Octopart. Either it's not a complete part number, or it's incorrect. Is this, perchance, a Vishay part? Are you just trying to swipe someone else's code? If not, you should have access to other healthy parts, particularly unprogrammed ones, so you can experiment with 'em. Is Logical still in business?
