#168113 - LPC764 Oscillator problems |
I have used many 10,000s LPC764 over many years. Every so often we have trouble with the oscillators not starting up ,particulary at low temperature. We run 18.432Mhz and 22pF burden caps. Reduced from 33pf as we found this helped startup at low temps around 0C. A hardware reset does not help, the power has to be removed and re-applyed to get the oscillator a chance of starting up. Has anyone else had this problem? Would an appropriately placed resistor help with this problem ? |
