well i dont want to destroy anything..... That was Per's point: if you use a connector that looks like an RTS-232 port for your TTL-level signals then, one day, someone (possibly you in a moment of weakness and/or forgetfulness) will connect RS232 signals to it - and that most probably will destroy your TTL! |
