... but AFAIK the VERSAKIT-UVK is a devkit for the years-long obsolete VERSA-MIX range of microcontrollers by Goal Semiconductor, which is a non-existing company now. Goal has been bought by Ramtron, and they produce the Versa3xxx and Versa2xxx's (and the related devkits).
