#167669 - SFR bus - adding new peripheral to T51 IP core |
Hello,
Did somebody add a peripheral to the T51 8052 IP soft core by means of the SFR bus? Do you have some example in VHDL? I want to extend the T51 core to make it ressemble a NXP 80C552. Given that the T51 IP core supports SFR bus, I guess this is the best approach? Can a Wishbone peripheral also be controlled by means of Extended Special Function Registers? Which one is better: SFR or Wishbone for making a T51 look like a 80C522? Thanks for your help, /Pascal |
