I am assuming the OP has some method to measure the Temperature, Since OP has mentioned "Closed Environment". A Simple J-Type/K-Type sensor will be OK.
Since you mentioned "Time Constant"...that raises my ears. I had been looking for information on this, some time back. Can you provide some links/books having information how to indentify & calculate DeadTime and TimeConstant? |
