Hi,
Thanks very much for the responses. I'm going to give Michael's circuit a try. The active low output also sorts another concern that I had about my circuit, as the solenoid blipping on on power-up was a potential safety risk. If I replace the pair of 2N3055 transistors with a TIP120 in Michael's circuit, does anyone foresee any problems? The solenoid current should be about 0.1A. Thanks again, Warren |
