#164806 - Yes, but this is difficult for a new learner. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I am a native English speaker, and I see that my program comments are mostly for my benefit. A professional program would obviously follow the company policy.
However a student learning ASM or C in her own country will find it easier to use her own language. Her teachers will too. It is unfair to ask for a foreign language too ! A formatted listing is perfectly readable to you or me even if we cannot understand the comments. I find unformatted code difficult. I could obviously format it myself, (and actually will do this with C code if I feel inclined). But why should I put in more effort than the original student ? David. |
