Yes , very true , commenting in ones native language is always a pain for other people .It could also be a pain for coder aswell as he wouldnt be able to explain otheres what he exactly need. Commenting should be done in accordance with the customers needs or factory's internal rules. Its is quite so often that other people (within the project group) require to interpret/correct /modify codes .
