#164127 - and why do you suppose that is?

the problem is that is more expensive and i need it for my personal use.

You have a simple choice: either pay the money and save yourself the work; or do the work yourself and save the money.

The reason they are expensive is that a lot of work and experience goes into making them - so, if you do it yourself, you must expect to have to put in a lot of work yourself!

i am an electronic engineer and working with a team which are working on materials.

So you should have plenty of access to details of the standard techniques for measuring these physical properties, surely?!

It seems a little surprising that "a team which are working on materials" does not have basic instrumention like this - which must, surely, be the essential "tools of the trade"...?

for that i need such an instrument which tells us the conductivity.

Do you actually understand what Conductivity is?
You need to undersand what a property is before you can start to think about how to measure it!
Eg, think about how does it relate to Resistance...?
