At standard clock speed of 11.0592MHz only thing to do is to change RCAP2L register from DCh to EEh, for instance by the assembler instruction

MOV RCAP2L,#EEh

If the clock speed is different, then change RCAP2L according to the formula

Baud rate = clock speed / (32 x {65536-(RCAP2H,RCAP2L)})
