In that case, find a consultant with the appropriate skills and pay them for their work.

Of course, if you need help with writing your own program, then you have come to the right place. However, you'll need to specify what exactly you have problems with.

Have you familiarized yourself with the workings of the 8051 architecture by reading what's commonly known as "the bible" (small b), i.e. the hardware/architecture/programmer's guide?

Have you read the instructions for using the C compiler you intend to compile your programs with, especially the parts that are different from standard C?

You did find and download the datasheet for the ADuC812 from Analogs website and you have studied it thoroughly?
