Tell us about the setup, the MCU execution rate, etc. Does the 'E' pulse meet the minimal positive pulse width?
What are pins 15 and 16 supposed to represent? You may not need them, but does the display want a default sense? http://www.electrokit.se/download/...SERIES.pdf suggests that pin 15 might best be connected to Vcc and 16 to GND. How have you timed the initialization? There's some code in that reference ... have you looked at it? RE |
