did you read as I suggested?

time for some basic debugging: In your emulator (if you do not have one, I guess a simulator will do) run your code for a few seconds, stop the process write down what is in IE IP TCON TMOD TH0 TL0 TH1 TL1 run it a short while stop it again and write down the values again.

If that gives you the necessary clue, post what you found out, if not post the two sets of values.
