I believe it's clear that initial set of thoughts wasn't worked out yet when this inquiry popped up. The rate multipliers that are mentioned here aren't likely to produce what the O/P wants, though the jury's still out on that, as he's not responded to the many replies, because they're too short and too slow to produce any sort of precision. A long rate multiplier design, perhaps in programmable logic or in firmware if the system is slow enough, might do the job.
I believe, too, that he's figured that out, hence, hasn't come back to respond to the many questions. RE |
