#161866 - Frequency Multiplication
Hello
I want to know how to multupiler the frequncy by
say 3.456677;

I mean
fout=(float no(1.000000 to 9.999999))fin

It possible using MCU or Some other techniquie like VLSI.

I know using PLL it can be achive but using PLL but proble good soluation in this
case.

Example fout=3.456677fin

So
I have to multiplication of input frequency By 3456677 By PLL COUNTER
METHOD and to get 3456677*Fin Now to get desire frequency again divide it by 1000000 using
COUNTER to get Fin*3.456677.

Which is not better soluation.

Pl.Note that My Fin is about 100KHz.

Ignor my poor engilsh.
I hope you will undersatnd what I want to Say

regards
satish munot

   what is the wave form shape of the original signal?            01/01/70 00:00
   Yes, PLL is the most promising solution            01/01/70 00:00
