There is no design documentation that could be downloaded from the Realtek homepage. There is no information about interfacing in the RTL8019AS datasheets available on the Internet. I have only schematic where RTL8019AS is connected to the RJ45 connector that has RX_CT and TX_CT separeted. In Magjack these signals are connected together inside to CT pin and that is why I don't know how to solve this problem... I have to use MagJack because of PoE that is directly supported by the connector...
