1. Atmel has an application note that describes using one microcontroller to program another in-system.
See: http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=79352 It uses 8051s (no surprise there - this is an 8051 forum!), but you should be able to get the idea... 2. If the 68hc908 can be programmed via a JTAG (BDM?) port, there are several examples about the net of using microcontrollers to program FPGAs over their JTAG ports. Maybe you could adopt that approach...? |
