Thanks for the warning. Hopefully I will be able to rent close to where I'll be working ( in the north-eastern suburbs - around Rancho Bernado / Poway ). At first sight the rents look high. As yet I have no idea what utilities and other general living expenses may be. What sort of money in USD would you be looking at for HVAC and telephone for a 3BR household? Of course, I need to find out about good internet and international phone services since we'll be communicating with family back home... |
