Their was an article in Electronic Design Magazine "Ultimate continuity tester hides many tricks up it's sleeve" written by louis vlemincq company belgacom evere Belgium. Electronic Design issue October 01, 2008. When go to my login in ED I get to article but when click on fig1 and fig2 for the schematic the url is missing. So called ED spoke Julie she said she get back to me. I received email fig1 and fig2 no longer available in server. So call her back ask if I can buy back issue. No back issue in their library for design articles. So Julie directs me to reprints. I spoke to man in reprints said get pdf copy of magazine for $1200.I should also mention Louis gave email adddress in the article as louis.vlemincq@belgacom.be so send an email to Louis but it said not deliverable. So my last hope is one of 8052 members have copy of ED issue 10-01-2008 and email Fig1 and Fig2 schematics. The whole article is on ED but missing the schematics, which makes no reason why give article without all information in it. It's very interesting article to make continuity tester using a 1 volt battery and the way it is used in article. I also searched Ebay, Amazon, and other places for the magazine to get the article. So far no luck locating magazine. If you read article on ED you see what I mean. You do not have login to read article. Louis vlemincq also writes for EDN magazine as of 2012 using same company Belgacom so email address should work, but it did not for me. Thanks for reading a long post.
