Hi Members:
Thanks to this great page I started using 8031, then I change to AT89C52 and AT89s52 that allowed me to work faster. Now i need a device with more RAM y EEPROM included. Is there a New Device you recomend me in DIP 40 ?. P89V51RD2 this is the closest but i think is obsolete, it is 1k RAM. And a contact information for buying near my country Peru South America. Thanks in advance for your help. |
