Thanks
Adding a zener diode(s) in series with free wheeling diode makes relays de-energization faster on the expense of higher back emf voltage generated on collector of transistor which might increase noise in a shorter time. I even tried a series resistor with free wheeling diode and the higher the resistor the faster the de-energization and the transistor has to be correctly rated or it breaks down. My main source of noise was the contacts for if no load was connected to them I had no noise issues. MA. |
