I just, for the same job got quoted $65 by an american and $40 from an indian and $45 from another indian.
They, may quote a bit less to the company and thus seem more attractive and take a huge cut before quoting to the contractor. The fact that the $45 indian, after me saying no thanks went to $55 indicates that. |
