I am using SDP-UNIV-44TQ universal adapter for Labtool-48uxp/848xp series
programmer. 1.Not getting any errors/warnings in keil and hex file creation is successful in keil. 2.erase,load,program successfully in labtool GUI but the device is not functioning/configuring . 3.observations when assembled in my board: VDD:3.3V VSS:0V RESETN:3.3V REMAINING PINS:0.7V to 1.1V. but i am expecting high logic(3.3V) on some test points(port P5) of my code. 4.included header file in keil:reg952.h and startup code:START954.A51. (UCFG1,UCFG2,boot vector,status bytes in START954.A51:all default, I have not edited the START954.A51). 5.Am I missing any thing?/need to change configuration settings in START954.A51 or LABTOOL GUI before programming? |
