That will give you numerous links that tell you how to use an op-amp, and how to set the gain. Read the materials carefully and don't skip any steps. Pay particular attention to the parameters, e.g. CMMR, PSRR, and consider how to provide power supply bypass. Keep supply connections short and separate from from signal connections.
