If time and place in the desktop is not an issue, the Qmeter allow all the measurements (L, C and serial/parallel R). Look, for example, http://www.jamminpower.com/main/260A.html .
Using serial substitution I remember I could measure (many, many years ago) inductances of few nH, and serial resistance and inductance of decoupling caps. Building such an instrument is not so difficult, but could take some time. Daniel |
